dataseries.org is free to use and needs no account. These terms apply to the website, the API and the MCP server at /mcp.

The data
The statistics come from the public institutions named on each dataset page. Each institution's own terms govern reuse of its data. dataseries.org adds no license of its own. See Licenses for the terms of each publisher.
Using the service
You may use the website, the API and the MCP server for any purpose, from a browser, a script or an AI assistant. Keep automated requests at a reasonable rate. We may block clients that put the service at risk.
No warranty
We collect the data with care, but it can contain errors, delays or gaps, and publishers revise their series. The service is provided as is, without any warranty. Check figures you rely on against the publisher's own release. To the extent the law allows, cynkra GmbH is not liable for damage arising from the use of the service or the data.
Changes
We may change or discontinue the service and change these terms at any time. The version on this page applies.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich.
